As a company, we value simplicity and want things to be as easy as possible. Therefore, we only have three steps for you to follow:

1. Click the Book Now button and it will direct you to fill out the inquiry form. Make sure to answer all of the questions (choose a date, location, package, and add-ons).

2. Be on the lookout for an email after 24hrs confirming your reservation. 

3. Pay the Booking Fee in person.

* We are only accepting payments via Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo or Cash. Thank you for understanding!


We offer proposals and picnics outdoors and indoors. We have multiple beautiful outdoor locations for you to choose from listed in the form. If there is a special outdoor place you have in mind, please enter that in the form. We will need time to assess the location and will respond confirming the reservation and travel fee. We need to approve the location first. 


For indoor locations, please add the address in the inquiry form. We are happy to meet you where you are in the Bay Area. For locations not listed in our selection, there will be an additional travel fee that will incur.


The picnics are scheduled for two hours. You may add additional hours and guests by clicking the add-on options when booking. If you are running late, we will wait for you but it will cut into your time booked. 


Proposals are for one hour and proposal picnics are for two hours. 


We understand that things may happen and can get in the way of your booking. 

We do allow you to reschedule within three months from your original booked date. Please ensure you email us at bestbayevents@gmail.com two weeks before the new date to ensure we can accommodate you. 

If you do cancel, we will keep your deposit.

Our standard workshop pricing can be found on the Craft Workshops page of our website. Prices vary based on the activity, group size, and any add‑ons you choose.


Most of our activities run for about 90 minutes, giving everyone plenty of time to create without feeling rushed. We arrive 30 mins early to set up and clean up afterwards.


Yes! Every guest leaves with a finished project they made themselves.


Just reach out through our booking form. Once we confirm availability, we’ll secure your date with a deposit.


We recommend booking 1–2 months in advance, especially if you’re hoping for a weekend slot. If your event is sooner, feel free to check, we may still have openings.


Yes. A $100 deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit is non‑refundable.


You can pay the remaining balance anytime up to the day of your event.


Groups over 10 guests are welcome! Additional per‑guest fees apply so we can prepare enough materials for everyone.


Your deposit is non‑refundable, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your event within a 30 day timeframe.


If weather or other circumstances force a change, we offer rescheduling within 30 days. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can find a new date that works.


Yes! We provide all materials, tools, and creative guidance needed for your chosen activity.


We do not provide tables or chairs. Please make sure you have enough seating and table space for your group to craft comfortably. We do have tables and pillows as an add on.


We can set up indoors or outdoors: homes, parks, offices, community spaces, and more. As long as there’s enough room for your group to sit and create, we’re good to go.


Yes. We take care of setup and cleanup so you can enjoy the event stress‑free.


Definitely! We love customizing projects to fit your theme, colors, or overall vibe. Share your ideas and we’ll help bring them to life.


Yes. We have options suitable for younger kids, older kids, teenagers, adults and mixed‑age groups. We’ll help you choose the best activity for your event.
